Earle Sidelle
I love to take photos. I started doing contact prints in my home bathroom at age 12. My first full darkroom featured black plastic walls with no ventilation. In 1980 I built a real darkroom with running water and ventilation. I graduated from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco in 1984. In 1985 I started to work at The New Lab in San Francisco. I worked there for nineteen years. I continued to work on my B&W Infrared portfolio.
I moved to Tucson in January of 2005. I came on vacation to Tucson in 1988 to photograph the desert. I fell in love with the area and promised myself I would return.
